Well, i still got the flag on my tumb, but
i changed the rest, so if you want to take a look ;D
It's a arrow, 'u' and a heart, but you can't see that very well in the light
It stands for: Follow Your Heart
if you start to think, you can realise something:
Follow you heart + Engeland flag = She wants to go the engeland
